Millennium Power Services grows again – Welcome to the team, Bill Carson!

We’re very excited to welcome Bill to our team as our General Manager in our Richmond, Virginia facility. Bill brings with him over 25 years of machining and manufacturing experience across Power Generation, Aerospace, and Chemical industries.

He began his early career as a Tool and Die Maker and then transitioned to Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on CAD/CAM modeling and programming. Bill has over 14 years of experience in Operations Management and successfully led two startup businesses specializing in turbine blade manufacturing, prior to joining DuPont as a Maintenance Manager in the Kevlar Business Unit.

“We’re thrilled to have Bill join our team and look forward to seeing what he will accomplish with MPS,” says Aaron Florek, Executive Director. “His strengths and experience in the industry will be invaluable to better serving our customers and our team.”

Bill currently lives in Chesterfield County, VA with his wife, Anne. In their free time, you can find them going to the beach, boating and seeing live music. He is also a football official at the high school and collegiate level.
