Millennium Power Services Acquires Innovative Machine and Industrial Services, Inc.
WESTFIELD, MA (August 27, 2020) – Millennium Power Services, one of the largest full-service valve repair and valve parts manufacturing companies in the country, has acquired Innovative Machine & Industrial Services, Inc based in Prince George, Virginia, now to be known as Millennium Services.
Millennium Services is the newest addition to the Millennium Power Services family of companies, leading the way in valve repair and industrial services. Millennium Services is proud to be a women-minority owned business enterprise, supporting the way for a commitment to diversity. The addition of this company expands Millennium Power Services capabilities with hydraulic services, fabrication/welding division, and a specialty machining operation with the resources to complete projects in-house or in the field.

With facilities located in New England and Florida and serving companies throughout the country, this acquisition further expands Millennium Power Services’ footprint.
