A customer recently requested help with a control valve that the OEM could not fix.

Under normal operating conditions, the valve would only open 7-9%. The customer was hoping to get the valve to approximately 30% open so that they could have better control.

We requested stroke and other pertinent info to perform the needed calculations. Our team received the parts on Thursday, calculated the needed changes, manufactured the new parts, and shipped the valve back to the customer in 2 DAYS. This photo shows the parts being blue checked.
